30-Day Return Policy

At Bodi Treats, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

Refunds:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect.

Incorrect Item:

If your order is incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement item.
